Upon completing Propel Indoctrination, participants will be extended a Qualified Job Offer (QJO) from both Endeavor Air and Delta. After building flight hours and meeting ATP requirements, they will join Endeavor, where they will progress through Endeavor’s Career Progression Program. This includes at least 24 months of active service as a Captain, after which they will transition to Delta. This streamlined process ensures that no further interviews are necessary beyond the Propel interview, providing a clear and defined path to Delta.

Yes, this offers a guaranteed path to Delta mainline by guiding all Propel pilots through Endeavor Air. Upon selection, Propel pilot participants will receive a Qualified Job Offer (QJO) for both Endeavor and Delta, ensuring a direct route to the Delta flight deck. The Propel interview will be the sole interview required for participants on their way to becoming a Delta pilot.

If selected and after the completion of Indoc, participants will be assigned a Propel mentor for duration of their time in the program.

Participants accepted in the CFI Pathway are not eligible for Delta financial assistance.
